However, avoiding academic activities altogether isn't necessary to recharge your batteries. In fact, taking a little time each week to continue your training will pay off in big ways.

Your Membean account stays active over the summer, so you can just sign in like you normally do.
It's best to train consistently. We recommend training three times per week for 15 minutes at a time. However, some training is better than nothing, so don't hesitate to train, even if it's only once in a while.
