The student signed up for a free, 3-day trial account instead of visiting membean.com/enroll and enrolling with a class token.

Membean support can delete that trial account to release the email.

Please let us know what:

  • email the student used
  • username the student chose

We will disassociate the student from the trial account. Then he'll need to enroll in your class and calibrate again with the school account by going to membean.com/enroll and choosing the option for a new user.
