We all suffer from memory lapses, and sometimes passwords are forgotten. When you visit Membean's login page at: http://membean.com/login and you can't get your password to work:
- Look for the link saying: "Help! I forgot my password."
Click the link in the email, and you'll be prompted to create a new password.
(If you're having trouble remembering your "username," it's likely your first and last name followed by your school code. For example, if you are Harry Potter and go to school at Hogwarts, then your username will likely be: harry_potter_hogwarts.)
- Use something that's easy for you to remember, but hard enough so that an unscrupulous hacker can't crack it!
- We recommend using a combination of lower and upper case letters, numbers, and special characters (*, @, #, $, %, &, etc.) to create your password to make it especially difficult to guess.
- You can use anywhere between 4 to 40 characters, although if you use all four types of characters 10 of them should be sufficient.
Please Note: Your password is "case sensitive!" That means that if you set your password to be "Lions*Are*Cute
