For optimal learning and long-term retention, it is best to train only 3 to 4 times per week, with each session being 15 minutes long. The value of regular, consistent training cannot be overstated. That said, if you are on a short duration Membean plan, say for SAT preparation, and your test date is very close and you need to learn words quickly, then:
- Do multiple sessions each and every day.
- Do not train for longer than 20 minutes in a single session.
- Space your learning: keep at least 1-2 hours between sessions.
