Step 2: Scroll down to find data about your school's training.

Current Levels

Personalization is key when it comes to vocabulary instruction. The Current Levels graph shows you one layer of Membean's personalization. Depending on your student population, you may see a spread across multiple word lists and levels. This is normal! Students train in their zone of proximal development, ensuring every student gets what they need.

Schoolwide Training Time Per Month

It's important for students to train consistently throughout the school year. While dips in training often occur around school breaks and state testing, maintaining steady training across each month significantly boosts retention. The more regularly students engage, the stronger their long-term memory and overall results will be.

Average Training Time Per Student

This graph shows how much time, on average, your students train each month. For the best results, students should aim for at least 120 minutes of training per month, with 180 minutes being ideal. Use this data to spot trends and give students a little extra encouragement when monthly training dips.

Average Training Time for Top Students

This graph highlights the average monthly training time for the top 10% of students (based on total minutes trained). It offers insight on those who are spending the most time training and can help you track trends in high-performing students.
